Shipping & Returns

Placing Your Order: Our goal is to make your ordering experience virtally "a piece of cake." So, there are only three easy steps to order any product in our online store:

  1. Select the product(s) you want to purchase and click the  "Add To Cart" button
  2. Enter your information in the Checkout Page
  3. Receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received and will be processed.
  4. You will receive another email with your tracking#.

That's all there is to it! Keep in mind that you are more than welcome to contact us to place your order, for no additional cost. It will be our pleasure to serve you! 

Shipping: We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place your order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you, based on the availability of the item(s) in your order, and the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, an estimated number of days may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please keep in mind that the shipping rates for all of our items are weight-based. The weight of each item can be found on its detail page. The weight you see, is the weight you'll be charged for. We do not round up to the nearest pound, as many companies do.

Fast Free Shipping: Fast Free Shipping applies to all orders totaling $50 and up. 'Fast Free Shipping' applies to orders being shipping to addresses located within the "Lower 48 States" (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). If your order qualifies for Fast Free Shipping, your item(s) will be shipped either by USPS Regular Mail or UPS Ground.  In either case, after placing your order, you should receive your item(s) in 3-5 business days. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, you may choose another shipping option at checkout.   

Returns PolicyYou may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if you are unsatisfied with the product or our service. This is a simple 4-step process:

  1. Contact us to let us know you want to return your order.
  2. We will email or fax you a shipping label.
  3. You attach the label to the package.
  4. We'll coordinate with you what pickup day works best for your schedule.

You should expect to receive your refund within 2-3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes;

  • The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
  • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and
  • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account on our website, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund status once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges Policy: So the item(s) you ordered aren't exactly what you wanted? No worries! Just contact us and we'll help you figure out what it is you really want or need. This is a simple process just as described above in the Ordering and Returns process. The great news is that it won't take as long to process your refund, if your new item(s) cost less. Plus, we'll pay to ship your returned items and your new order!
